Cookie and Device Storage Preferences

Necessary storage
Cookies and browser storage may be used for authentication, sessions, security, your cookie preferences and the offline island features you request. This storage is not only browser cookies; it also includes localStorage, IndexedDB and the Service Worker cache.
- Preference record:
dinoada.site-consent.v1, localStorage, 180 days. - Language preference:
dinoada.lang, localStorage; remembers the language you chose. - Latest island:
dinoada.student-island.v1, localStorage; removed on sign-out or when browser data is cleared. - Remembered student session: a separate IndexedDB record, only with the remember option; deleted on sign-out, and the validity period on the server also applies.
- 3D island files: Cache Storage for offline start; changes with version updates or browser clean-up.
- Appwrite session: the infrastructure's session rules apply to account sign-in and security.
Optional analytics
No external analytics provider is enabled in this version. Once measurement is connected, it will only run for visitors who allow analytics. Analytics never runs on student, teacher or admin screens. Form fields, email, PIN and session details are never added to custom events. URL queries and fragments are not sent with page measurement.
Changing your preference
You can continue with only what is necessary, accept optional analytics and withdraw your consent later. Apart from the cookie preference, clearing site data in the browser may also delete the saved island and the offline 3D island files.
