Scope of the service

DinoAda is provided so that teachers can reward positive behaviour and visualise the class's dinosaur island. It is not an academic grade, a medical assessment or a decision system that ranks students. Use is governed by this text and any service contract with the school.

Accounts and student access

Teachers manage their own account and class; student codes and PINs must only be given to authorised people. Students cannot access other students' accounts or give points. The smart board connects with a separate pairing code instead of the teacher's password. The school and the teacher must ensure they are authorised to use student data and provide the required information to those concerned.

Trial and licence

The unlimited free demo is for at most 5 active students. Full class capacity is 40 students. The administrator can set up a timed demo. When timed access ends, online access and operations may be limited. The price, payment, cancellation and refund terms of a paid service are not set on this page; no payment is requested without separate terms of sale being disclosed.

Offline island and freshness

After the first full load, the latest island on the device can be viewed without internet. This view does not include new rewards or account changes until a connection is made. Movements are generated on the device; the dinosaurs' positions on the board need not match those on the phone. If the device or browser clears its cache, the 3D island files have to be downloaded again.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unauthorised access, sharing other people's information, sending misleading content, bypassing security controls or disrupting the system. Do not share students' private information in reviews. Reviews to be published are moderated.

Changes and support

Access may be interrupted during technical maintenance and version updates. Important changes to the terms of use should be announced with their effective date. The support and request channel must be given in the service provider contact section. Mandatory consumer and personal data rights are not removed by this text.
